Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order. We process orders quickly, and requests made after 12 hours may not be accommodated.
3. Refund on Cancellation
- If payment was made online and the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled will not incur any charge
4. Order Cancellation by Reflexo Homeo
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or listing error on the website
- Suspected fraudulent or invalid order
- Delivery not feasible to the provided address
In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
