Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499 (displayed at checkout)
4. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier’s website.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
